為幫助學生更深入地了解學校和學部的各項規(guī)章制度，以提升學生的規(guī)則意識，營造校風正，校紀嚴，講文明，講禮貌，講衛(wèi)生的良好學部氛圍，蘇城外國語學校高中部的全體師生于2019年10月8日至10月20日迎來了一年一度的“自我管理”紀律倡導周。

In order to help students better understand the diversified rules and regulations of the school and the division, enhance their awareness, and create a sound, rigorous and civilized school atmosphere, all SCFLS senior high school teachers and students ushered in the annual “Self-management” Week from 8th to 20th October 2019.

由學生會負責撰寫問卷內容，以客觀題為主，以主觀題為輔，打印并分發(fā)給高中部的所有學生，最后由學生會進行調查數據統(tǒng)計和分析。 

The Student Union was responsible for the questionnaire drafting. Focused mainly on objective quesitons with a few subjective questions, the questionnaire was printed and distributed to all senior high school students. The Student Union would collect data and make analyses afterwards.

高中部全體學生以3人為一組，制作以“紀律周”為主題的海報，由學生會收集各組海報作品，并在高中部走廊展出，最后由學部老師進行評分，并選出前3名小組給予獎勵。

The posters were designed in groups of three students. Senior high school teachers all assessed the displayed posters, and the top three groups were thus elected with rewards given.

高中部學生會成員組成學生自查會，對學部的紀律周情況進行監(jiān)督與反饋，并對表現(xiàn)良好或違規(guī)的行為進行記錄。

Members of senior high school Student Union assembled the inspection team themselves to supervise the discipline of the students.

由參賽的學生自行撰稿，準備并進行演講與評比。

Candidate students all made full preparations for their own speeches.

演講活動由高中部舞蹈社團成員編排的舞蹈拉開序幕，隨后便開始了激動人心的演講比賽。眾多參賽選手表現(xiàn)突出，贏得評委的一致好評。

The splendid dance from the senior high school Dancing Club drew the curtain of the speech competition. Their outstanding performances won great applause from the judges.

在等待結果的過程中，外教Dustin和高中部學生還為大家?guī)砹饲榫皠〔实?，驚喜連連。

While waiting for the results, the students also performed an interesting Drama show under the guidance of Mr. Dustin Block.

最后，為評分最高的前3名同學舉行了頒獎禮，并合影，本次活動圓滿落幕。

The top three students were awarded, marking the success of this event.

“吾日三省吾身” ，紀律是維持一個良好群體關系的必要規(guī)則。

It is said by Confucius that we should keep reflecting on ourselves. Discipline is essential for maintaining the relationship among a group. 

本次紀律周活動以培養(yǎng)學生的自我管理能力為重點，開展了許多新穎創(chuàng)意、趣味橫生的活動，使同學們更深入地了解學校的校紀校規(guī)，明白了遵守紀律的重要性。

The major purpose of this “Self-management Week” is to cultivate students’ self-management skills, thus numerous creative and fun-filled activities were organized to allow students better understand the school rules and also the importance of obeying them.

讓我們共同進步，勉力前行。
